We ask questions designed to assist you with finding the right answer for you and your life.
Coaching sessions can be 1 to 1; with couples; families; or in groups.
Note: Group coaching is often scheduled and all those involved are aware of the group setting.

- 60 to 90 minute first session
- One 30 to 60 minute phone call per week (session length depends on which coach and which program)
